DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust software solutions Manage the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment Provide technical guidance and support to developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices Monitor and optimize software performance, identify and resolve issues, and implement continuous improvements Participate in the selection and management of vendors and third-party software providers Contribute to the development of software architecture and design patterns Implement and maintain software development processes and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software applications Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the software development industry
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in software development, programming and Software Management Strong technical expertise in programming languages, frameworks, and software development methodologies Proficient in project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Thorough understanding of software development lifecycles and best practices Knowledge of software testing, deployment, and maintenance processes Fluent in English is must Placement in Juanda, Central Jakarta
