REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; relevant experience may substitute for education. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a food manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations in food manufacturing. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
