DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and supervise a team of production workers, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Plan and prioritize production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize production efficiency. Coordinate with other departments (such as procurement, maintenance, and quality assurance) to ensure smooth production flow. Implement and maintain quality control procedures and conduct inspections to identify and resolve quality issues. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all production activities. Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and waste reduction initiatives Provide training and development opportunities to production staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; relevant experience may substitute for education. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a food manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations in food manufacturing. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
