DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding - Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and requirements - Source, screen, and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks - Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs - Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities
REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as a Tech Recruiter in staffing or IT Outsourcing company - Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and hiring practices in the technology industry - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced environment - Good communication in English (written & verbal)
