DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prospecting and qualifying new B2B (corporate) leads through outreach and networking. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing B2B customers. Preparing and delivering effective sales presentations to showcase our product range. Negotiating and closing sales contracts with B2B clients. Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support. Achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets. Reporting on sales activities, results, pipeline to the sales manager.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields. 3+ years' proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the retail or FMCG industry. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively liaise with B2B customers. Excellent negotiation and closing skills to drive sales. A hunter mentality with the ability to proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting. A team player with the drive to succeed in a target-driven environment. Good communication in English.
