DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supervise and coordinate daily accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and compliance with local tax regulations Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts Support external and internal audits by providing required documentation and information Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting team Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making and improve financial processes
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role Must have prior experience working in a Public Accounting Firm Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications Active in English and Mandarin Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
