DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Gain deep understanding of product features, functionality, solution scenarios, and technical specifications for existing and new product enhancements. Support Product Discovery efforts: analyze market trends, validate solutions, and foster continuous improvement. Prepare documentation including reports, IOMs, presentations, pitch decks. Manage Projects & Technical Support for Product Proof of Concept (PoC), supporting both direct and indirect channels. Serve as point of contact for technical inquiries. Monitor account performance, revenue recognition; track project pipelines, upsides, forecasts. Oversee product catalog management and revenue assurance. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: Technology, Partnership, Delivery, and Operations. Achieve individual contribution to revenue targets and support team-based performance metrics.
REQUIREMENT

Formal Education and Professional Certification ▪ Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business and Management, Marketing, or equal. ▪ Having relevant training and certification is a plus. Professional Experience ▪ Having 1 Years Professional Experience is preferred. ▪ Having relevant experience in product management, costing and pricing estimation, and project management. ▪ Having relevant experience in technical (networking, systems, services). General Qualifications ▪ Speak Bahasa Indonesia and English fluently. ▪ Experienced in cross-functional roles managing relevant collaboration. ▪ Sharp in reporting and basic data analysis using Microsoft Office. ▪ Confident in delivering presentations to high level customers. ▪ Maintained ethics and integrity as a professional.
