DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Design and document data mapping across systems (OMS, DIS, DMS), including payload structures and transformation logic.
Develop test scenarios, execute integration testing, validate data flows, and coordinate UAT with distributors and internal teams.
Act as a liaison between distributor IT teams and business stakeholders to confirm data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and align integration logic.
Identify and resolve integration issues (e.g., mapping errors, data inconsistencies), escalate to the relevant PIC, and ensure timely resolution.
Produce detailed documentation such as mapping logic, test results, and issue logs for each distributor integration setup.
Collaborate with Product Owners and the Integration Team to align technical designs and deployment timelines.
Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure integration readiness and provide support during testing and go-live.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in system integration, data mapping, or testing.
Strong knowledge of APIs, payload structures, and data transformation logic.
Hands-on experience with integration testing, UAT coordination, and troubleshooting data issues.
Excellent communication skills to work with business teams, distributors, and vendors.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple integration projects.
