DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify, attract and recruit qualified candidates for various roles within the organisation, with a focus on candidates with Mandarin language proficiency Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, assessment and onboarding processes Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition Implement innovative recruitment strategies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process Provide reporting and data-driven insights to continuously improve the recruitment function
REQUIREMENT

At least 1 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the transportation, logistics or e-commerce industry. Fresh graduate with internship experience is accepted. MUST HAVE Mandarin language skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in English is a plus. Strong understanding of the latest recruitment trends, technologies and best practices Ability to think strategically and develop creative sourcing solutions to attract top talent Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
