DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop sales plans and good knowledge about the products, market, competitors & price Maintain the existing customers Pursue and develop new customers or market opportunities Responsible for achieving target (Value and Volume) agreed upon within schedule Prepares the required reports
REQUIREMENT

Possess bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer is preferred but not mandatory Proven work experience as a Sales Representative for 1 - 2 years in Plastic Resin Field / Engineering Plastics (Polymer relevant experience is preferred) Experience in chemical industry, especially Coating area is a plus Proficient in English and any other language will be an advantage (Chinese Language is a plus) Familiar use of Microsoft Office and Sales Force Excellent selling, negotiation, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Highly self-motivated and able to work independently or within teams
