DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Manage and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring optimal performance and reliability - Monitor real-time database performance and proactively resolve issues - Perform backups, restores, indexing, and query optimization - Implement database security measures and ensure compliance with standards - Support capacity planning and resource management based on historical data analysis - Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues efficiently - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support applications and integrations - Explore and apply AI-driven solutions and automation for database optimization
REQUIREMENT

- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent (Diploma holders are welcomed to apply). Microsoft Certification will be an added advantage. - Minimum 2–3 years hands-on experience as a Database Administrator (preferred). Fresh graduates / entry-level candidates are welcomed to apply - Proficiency in SQL Server database administration, query optimization, and backup strategies - Strong experience in real-time database monitoring and troubleshooting - Familiarity with AI, automation, and machine learning in database optimization (an advantage) - Solid knowledge of database security, compliance, and data integrity best practices - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently in a hybrid / office environment
