DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responding to incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels Providing accurate information, troubleshooting problems, and offering solutions to customers Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process enhancements Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements
REQUIREMENT

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal Prior experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the customer experience or contact centre industry Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and software Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs
