DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supervise and coordinate production teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure quality and productivity Track and manage your business unit’s financial performance (P&L) and implement corrective actions when needed Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across shifts Drive a strong safety culture by enforcing health and safety protocols Provide leadership, coaching, and support to production staff Collaborate with maintenance, QA, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow Analyse production data to identify trends, resolve bottlenecks, and improve efficiency Prepare reports and communicate clearly with senior management
REQUIREMENT

3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or line leader role within manufacturing Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proven leadership and team management skills Ability to interpret and use production metrics to drive improvements Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Experience with budget management and resource planning is a plus Good communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional collaboration
