DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare reports and perform analysis related to the company’s sales performance and receivables accurately and in a timely manner. Carry out reconciliation and cost matching with the budget established in collaboration with relevant departments. Calculate and analyze product sales costing to ensure cost efficiency and profitability. Conduct review, reporting, and analysis of promotional expenses to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Proven 1-2 years of working experience in financial analysis, preferably in the FMCG industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools; experience with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage. Good knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and product costing. Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work under tight deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. High level of integrity, accountability, and problem-solving ability. Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required. Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
