Collect, analyse and interpret recruitment data to identify trends and insights Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track key recruitment metrics Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven recruitment strategies Support the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes through data analysis Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to provide data-backed recommendations Identify areas for optimization and create actionable plans to enhance recruitment efficiency
REQUIREMENT

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights effectively Keen interest in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Relevant qualifications or experience in human resources, data analysis, or a related field
