DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritisation based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to translate product requirements into realistic and impactful solutions Continuously gather and analyse customer feedback, market intelligence, and industry insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new offerings Effectively communicate the product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and buy-in Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of your product initiatives Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in product management to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or IT industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively present and collaborate with cross-functional teams Proven track record in delivering successful product launches and enhancements Experience in using product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and user research Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
