DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Continuously learn HVAC technical knowledge, understand company processes, and industry trends. Develop and execute annual sales plans to achieve annual growth targets. Prepare quotations, lead business negotiations, and close deals, ensuring optimal profit margins and timely payment collection. Provide monthly updates on order and revenue completion, and provide non-financial metrics and market feedback. Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs, monitor competitor trends, and provide market insights. Independently manage HVAC projects and provide customized technical support.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field. At least two years of engineering sales experience. Demonstrate business acumen and possess negotiation, communication, and project management skills. Intermediate English proficiency. [Position Overview] The HVAC Sales Engineer is primarily responsible for promoting and selling the company's refrigeration and air conditioning parts and services within the assigned region. This position requires excellent sales skills, effective customer relationship management, and the ability to achieve established performance goals and complete assigned tasks.
