DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Pre-sales Technical Support: Collaborate with sales representatives, participate in product demos and technical briefings, and provide feasibility recommendations for AI implementation. AI Onboarding Architecture Design: Clarify the client's data environment and business requirements, and design an AI/ML solution (including model types, data flows, and computational architecture). PoC Planning and Execution: Responsible for data pre-processing, model building and tuning (AutoML/manual modeling), performance evaluation, and report writing. Technical Documentation Writing and Delivery: Develop deliverables such as Quick Start Guides, Operations Manuals, Validation Reports, and Internal Training Materials. Initial Onboarding Support and Technical Support: Handle client technical issues and integrate feedback with internal (PM/R&D) teams. Industry Case Analysis and Product Recommendations: Compile case studies from vertical industries such as manufacturing, food, and biotech, and produce market demand reports and product iteration recommendations. Cross-departmental collaboration and project management: Collaborate with product, R&D, PM, sales and other departments to advance project schedules and technical consensus.
REQUIREMENT

Experience in AI/data analysis implementation, familiar with the entire machine learning pipeline (data exploration → feature engineering → modeling → validation). Experience with AutoML platforms (e.g., DataRobot, H2O.ai, Vertex AI, Azure AutoML, etc.). Familiarity with API integration and data exchange formats (CSV, JSON, SQL-based schema). Experience in using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Notion AI, etc.) to improve efficiency. Experience in facilitating client presentations, technical workshops, and drafting proposals. An AI software company specializing in ESG solutions for energy-intensive industries. Received investment from the National Development Angel Fund and selected for the Taiwan AI Ecosystem Map. [Candidate Profile] Familiar with data processing and analysis technologies (Python/SQL/Excel), with basic modeling and evaluation capabilities. Able to independently lead pre-sales technical assessments, proof-of-concept projects, and write comprehensive validation reports. Familiar with data application scenarios and requirements in industries such as manufacturing and biotechnology. Possess strong technical communication and translation skills, able to decompose requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Able to clearly craft technical proposals and presentations, and explain technical decisions in writing or verbally.
