DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies and campaigns to reach new and existing customers Creating engaging content for the social media platforms, and other digital channels Creating social event for raising market awareness Analysing marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement Coordinating with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with the company's overall business objectives Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform the company's marketing approach Assisting with the planning and execution of events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the marketing communications industry Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to develop engaging and impactful marketing materials Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, analytics, and content management systems Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing solutions Familiarity with the local Bandung market and an understanding of the marketing communications industry in Indonesia
