DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and optimize the overall production process for stainless steel, metal, and kit manufacturing. Supervise and coordinate the activities of welding, stamping, extruding, mixing, pulverizing, blowing, and injection machines. Control production schedules and ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Implement and oversee technological advancements to enhance production capabilities. Continuously improve production efficiency, effectiveness, and process quality. Lead and drive Total Quality Management (TQM) practices across the production team. Oversee and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards. Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Lead, train, and mentor production teams to achieve excellence in performance and results.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record in production management. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electrical or a related field (preferred). Strong knowledge of welding, stamping, extruder, mixer, pulverizer, blow, and injection machines. Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing principles and Just In Time (JIT) production systems. In-depth knowledge of TQM (Total Quality Management), and strong familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Ability to adapt to new technologies and implement continuous improvements.
