DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, and user-friendly web applications Design, develop, and implement front-end user interfaces using Angular/React. Build and optimize back-end components, including APIs, databases, and server-side logic, using technologies such as Node.js. Ensure the seamless integration of front-end and back-end components to deliver a cohesive user experience Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment Continuously improve code quality, performance, and maintainability through code reviews, testing, and refactoring Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand and address user needs Stay up to date with the latest web development trends, frameworks, and best practices
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field 3-7 years of experience in full-stack web development, with proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies Extensive experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular) Strong understanding of server-side technologies such as Node.js, and experience working with databases and RESTful APIs Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools, such as Git, Jira, and Confluence Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team Strong communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects
