DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conducting comprehensive audits of various departments and functions within the company to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement. Evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and procedures. Preparing detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement recommended changes and monitor the progress of corrective actions. Providing ongoing support and guidance to management on internal control best practices. Staying up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure the company's compliance and risk mitigation.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Economics (management or accounting), or a related discipline. Demonstrated proficiency in auditing methodologies, risk assessment, and data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address complex issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Understand / Experience in ERP Program.
