REQUIREMENT
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in telecommunications or enterprise applications. Proven experience in agile environments, working with Scrum or hybrid delivery models. Strong experience in user story writing, backlog management, and requirements traceability. Demonstrated understanding of UX best practices and how to translate business needs into intuitive product interfaces. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – comfortable with client-facing roles and stakeholder management. Naturally outgoing and collaborative personality, with a talent for building relationships and aligning diverse interests. Preferred Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar. Familiarity with telecom operations (BSS/OSS), digital channels, or customer self-service portals. Prior experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and product managers. Soft Skills Client-focused: Always seeking to understand and improve the client’s business. Analytical thinker: Able to dissect complex business processes and systems.
