DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal development teams. Analyze, understand, and document client business needs, processes, and objectives across web and mobile telco applications and their supporting ecosystems. Collaborate with product owners and development leads to define and prioritize product backlogs, aligning with business goals and client expectations. Lead and facilitate requirement gathering workshops, user interviews, and discovery sessions with clients. Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable user stories, complete with acceptance criteria and UX considerations. Work closely with UX/UI designers to devise the most user-centric approach for each feature or requirement. Ensure that features and solutions are aligned with telco industry standards and best practices. Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong, collaborative client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement in current client workflows or user experiences. Serve as a mentor or guide to junior BAs, ensuring consistency and quality of analysis deliverables. Support QA and UAT phases by validating requirements coverage and usability.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in telecommunications or enterprise applications. Proven experience in agile environments, working with Scrum or hybrid delivery models. Strong experience in user story writing, backlog management, and requirements traceability. Demonstrated understanding of UX best practices and how to translate business needs into intuitive product interfaces. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – comfortable with client-facing roles and stakeholder management. Naturally outgoing and collaborative personality, with a talent for building relationships and aligning diverse interests. Preferred Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar. Familiarity with telecom operations (BSS/OSS), digital channels, or customer self-service portals. Prior experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and product managers.
