Develop and implement a robust cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.
Oversee the creation, communication, and enforcement of cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Lead and mentor the cybersecurity team, fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA).
Develop and maintain incident response plans and oversee investigations of security breaches.
Monitor and analyze system logs, network traffic, and security alerts to identify potential threats.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection solutions.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure system architecture and infrastructure design.
Drive security awareness programs and training sessions for employees at all levels.
Serve as a cybersecurity advisor to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, tools, and technologies.
Evaluate and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the company's security posture.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven track record with over 10 years of experience in IT security, with demonstrated success in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, COBIT, CIS).
Hands-on experience with security technologies (e.g., SIEMs, firewalls, EDR solutions).
Strong understanding of network protocols, encryption techniques, and application security.
Proven ability to manage security incidents and develop mitigation strategies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
