DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing sales team across the APAC region. Drive revenue growth and expand the customer base in industrial/OEM sectors Build strategic business plans and provide key market insights to senior leadership Partner cross-functionally to drive commercial efficiency and sales effectiveness Manage regional P&L, sales performance, and long-term customer relationships
REQUIREMENT

10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the electronic components (open to hardware electronic products as well) Strong leadership and track record in managing regional sales teams Engineering background (Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical); business/marketing experience is a plus Excellent communication and negotiation skills Previous experience in distribution and cross-cultural leadership preferred How To Apply?
