DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Monitor and control production efficiency and effectiveness to ensure production target is achieved and production capacity maximized.
To plan, hire, and manage workforce effectiveness and efficiency on the production floor and ensure well-trained operations staff.
To monitor, control and ensure the production process in high-quality standards of products in accordance with the Customer’s expectations including customer specification requirements and quality compliance to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Standards and ensure effective implementation in the plant.
To ensure the production floor safety and liaise with the Health and Safety department.
Ensure the effectiveness of preventive maintenance programs and constantly review the data collection and analysis, to plant facilities, machines and equipment to ensure high levels of availability with minimal downtime and within cost control.
Manage and ensure all production processes comply with the GMP requirement.
To proactive in analyzing, define, and providing improvisation in the production best practices, SOP, control, and prevention measures.
To review the existing processes, procedure, and SOP for future improvisation.
To prepare monthly operations related reports
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering and/or equivalent.
Min 5 - 8 years of manufacturing industry.
Proactive, dedicated, and passionate in the production industry.
Knowledge in process control and adequate supervisory skills.
Able to communicate well with superior and subordinates.
Systematic and positive problem-solving approach.
