REQUIREMENT
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in forklift, industrial equipment, or material handling industry. Strong technical understanding of forklift equipment and warehouse operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is preferred. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. Willing to travel on business. Willing to work in the field plus some administrative work Soft Skills: · Clear, persuasive, and professional communication skills. · Target-oriented and problem-solving. · Hardworking and persistent. · Able to work with service teams and technicians. · High integrity and a positive attitude. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Sales revenue and target achievement (unit) Customer acquisition and retention rate Number of customer visits per week. New leads created per month. Number of product demos and client visits Customer satisfaction scores Sales cycle length and deal closure rate
