DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Overseeing the implementation of HR policies, processes and systems across the plant/unit offices
Providing strategic HR advisory services to regional business leaders, supporting them in managing their teams effectively
Leading the recruitment, onboarding, training and development of regional employees
Managing employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary procedures and grievance handling
Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Overseeing general administrative functions such as office management, facilities and procurement
Collaborating closely with the central HR team to drive consistency and best practices
REQUIREMENT
At least 10 years' experience in a regional HR generalist or HR business partner role, ideally within a manufacturing environment Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation and general administration procedures Strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide pragmatic, business-focused HR advice Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
