DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop and execute the overall hospital and tender business strategy aligned with company objectives.
Design tailor-made bidding and pricing strategies leveraging portfolio strengths to maximize tender win rates and profitability.
Lead end-to-end tender management, including forecasting, submission planning, pricing justification, and post-tender analysis.
Drive drug formulary listings and access for new product launches and new indications within public hospitals.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify pipeline opportunities, launch timelines, and access pathways.
Collect and analyze market insights to broaden access in both public and private hospital settings.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with:
Chief Pharmacists / Pharmacy Managers
Hospital Authority stakeholders
Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and senior physicians
Distributors and external partners (including Macau where applicable)
Act as the key contact for strategic hospital accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Drive sales performance of hospitals and assigned sales teams to achieve annual and quarterly targets.
Monitor sales trends, analyze performance data, and implement corrective action plans.
Liaise with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Portfolio teams to ensure: Forecast accuracy, Supply continuity, Compliance with tender and hospital requirements.
Support product launches, patient programs, and medical education initiatives.
Gather competitive intelligence and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare regular sales reports, tender analysis, and business reviews for management.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
8–10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with strong exposure to:
Hospital / public sector sales
Tender and market access management
Specialty or innovative product portfolios
Proven experience managing hospital key accounts and formulary access.
Experience in Hong Kong public hospitals and Hospital Authority systems preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong tender management and pricing strategy capability.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Data-driven mindset with strong sales analysis and forecasting skills.
Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.
Fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage.
