DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Troubleshoot and resolve dealer and customer issues related to security software and hardware. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix/ repair hardware and software issues Conduct testing, training, and prepare technical documentation for users. Develop into a Gate expert, supporting hardware integration and security gate systems. Collaborate closely with Product Owner for diagnosis and resolution. Ensure system stability and support customer success with our security solutions.
REQUIREMENT

Technical Skills & Experience: Mechanical and Electronic Knowledge: Ability to understand and troubleshoot hardware components related to gates and security systems. Basic Software Skills: Familiarity with security software platforms such as Access Control, Visitor Management, CCTV Integration, and Control Access Solutions. Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve gate and software issues. Testing & Documentation: Create testing procedures, training materials, and technical documentation. Desired Knowledge & Attributes: Experience with Gate or Access Control Systems: Prior exposure to gate automation or related security hardware is highly preferred. Customer Focus: Excellent communication skills, patience, and a proactive attitude to support customer needs. Collaboration Skills: Ability to work with cross-functional teams in troubleshooting and resolution efforts. System Stability & Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
